Join Dr. Audra Stawicki, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Wellness Enthusiast for an educational session on the Science of Sleep; in honor of National Sleep Awareness Week and World Sleep Day in March. This session will allow participants to explore how and why humans sleep, routines to develop sleep hygiene, and understand the elusive ability of how to improve the quality and quantity of sleep. The session will conclude with a practice of Yoga Nidra, known as yogic sleep, entering a state of conscious relaxation to assist in total mind, body, and spirit rejuvenation.
