It’s Time to Pivot

a presentation by Steve Hamm, documentary film maker and author.

 Steve Hamm will discuss the need for action and the forms it can take as explored in his book:

The Pivot:  Addressing Global Problems Through Local Action.

 Steve also produced a documentary, A River Speaks, which focuses on Connecticut's Mill River, and which he will screen at the library.  Taken together, the book and video are a call to action: for society, to pivot to becoming more sustainable and for individuals to become climate activists.
