The weather has us so excited! It's summer and the lazy, shady days are here.  Though our bodies slow down in the hot weather, it's a great time to fire up the mind.  That's why this summer, we're encouraging not only our young patrons to keep their brains active, but also our adult readers too!

So curl up with a book from WWML-- you can relax at the beach, in a tree hammock or on your favorite sun chair.   When you're finished, write us a 10-word review of the book.  You'll be entered to win an iPad and lots of other fun prizes!  It's our way of saying, water your mind this summer: Read!

How it works:

1. Register Online or in person at WWML

2. Read a Book (any book will do!) between June 15 and August 30, 2010

3. Write us a 10-word Review & Earn an Entry into the drawing

4. Earn Bonus Entries

Read a book by an author being discussed in one of our many Summer Lecture Series and earn a bonus entry.

Get creative and make a 3D representation of your book.

Example: Make a book cake (like the one to the right), a collage, a painting, a flower arrangement or anything else you can think of. We will display the 3D entries at our End of Summer Reading party.

5. Most of all, HAVE FUN!

We will have bi-weekly raffle drawings with lots of fun prizes and we will raffle off a brand new Apple iPad at the end of the summer to one lucky adult reader!
